Laina Roberts, MBA, CHC
Chief Operating Officer
Laina Roberts serves as the Chief Operating Officer of West Hills Medical Aesthetics and West Hills Allergy & Asthma, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, operational leadership, and organizational development. With a strong foundation in strategic management, Laina has played a key role in guiding the practice’s growth, enhancing patient-centered operations, and supporting its longstanding commitment to excellence in specialty care.
Holding an MBA from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, and a Healthcare Compliance Certification from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Laina combines business expertise with deep industry insight to ensure the practice consistently delivers high-quality, compliant, and efficient care.
In partnership with Dr. Anderson-Cowell, Laina helped expand the organization’s vision for whole-patient wellness by co-founding West Hills Medical Aesthetics, an extension of the practice focused on elevating skin health and confidence. As part of this journey, Laina trained as a Hydrafacial Specialist within West Hills Aesthetics, deepening her hands-on understanding of advanced skincare services.
Dedicated to bringing innovative, evidence-supported skincare solutions to the practice, Laina advocates for treatments that promote long-term skin health, wellness, and graceful aging. Her commitment to integrating modern aesthetics with exceptional patient care continues to shape the future of the practice.
Tyler Couch, PA-C
Born and raised in Portland, OR, Tyler Couch is passionate about supporting clients on their journey to healthier, revitalized skin and renewed confidence.
He earned his degree in Health Science from Walla Walla University, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College in Dayton, Ohio, where he built a strong foundation in compassionate, patient-centered care.
At West Hills Medical Aesthetics, Tyler brings a thoughtful approach to skin health and aesthetic care that aligns with the practice’s commitment to whole-patient wellness. He is passionate about advocating for his patients and ensuring each person feels heard, supported, and confident in their care.
He also performs Vitti Pure injectable treatments, which help boost hydration, improve smoothness, and elevate overall skin quality with a gentle and precise approach.
Outside work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog while making the most of the Pacific Northwest’s outdoor lifestyle. He is also an enthusiastic sports fan who enjoys following his local teams, including the Portland Trail Blazers, Seattle Seahawks, and Oregon Ducks.
